Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Specialist to provide exceptional care for infants and children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering the emotional and physical well-being of children.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in childcare is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with toilet training as guided by parents.
  • Prepare infant formulas and sterilize feeding equipment.
  • Take full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents.
  • Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
  • Handle laundry duties including washing, ironing, and pressing clothing and linens.
  • Provide bathing, dressing, and feeding for infants and children.
  • Implement discipline strategies as directed by parents.
  • Guide children in personal hygiene and social skills development.
  • Maintain records of daily activities and health information for children.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy home environment.
  • Organize engaging activities such as games and outings.
  • Prepare and serve balanced meals.
  • Assist children in transitioning to rest periods.
  • Supervise and care for children at all times.
  • Support the emotional needs of children.
  • Help with homework and educational activities.
