Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Permanent Employment: Opportunity to work in a permanent position with a reputable company.
- Language: French language spoken in the workplace.
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
