About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at SMS Silencers Inc. in a permanent position. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word skills
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail
