Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and provide strategic guidance to the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and overseeing the collection and analysis of financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance
