About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TITO'S PIZZA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
    • Train and develop staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish and maintain effective work schedules, ensuring that all areas of the kitchen and front-of-house are adequately staffed.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that all stock is managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Standing for extended periods and physically demanding work.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Initiative and ability to work independently.
