Job Summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our security team members to meet and exceed the mission of the Global Protection Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Security Management team in promoting and supporting the protection of employees, clients, and assets of our company.
  • Lead the security team to provide a positive Tiffany experience from beginning to end.
  • Ensure Global Protection Standards are maintained and lead the security team to consistently focus on the main drivers of security culture.
  • Partner with Operations and Security Management to identify shrink reduction opportunities and optimize security schedules to maximize coverage during peak hours.
  • Support Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management efforts, including serving as the point person during an emergency.
  • Ensure physical security systems and equipment are functioning to expectations and conduct vulnerability evaluations as directed by the Security Management team.
  • Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and overall spend, and manage the security team to act as a Tiffany luxury security professional with a customer-centric approach.
  • Coach staff to enhance the customer experience and project a professional and calm demeanor while dealing with clients and employees.

Requirements

  • Valid Security License.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highest level of integrity.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and employees both verbally and written.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Must be available to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A sense of urgency that will lead to quick identification of problems and appropriate action.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to work with geographically remote individuals.
  • Must have authorization to work in Canada or in the country where the position is based.
