Description du Poste
Relevant du Responsable du Centre d'Affaires, le Représentant Commercial Interne est chargé de vendre des produits, de traiter les commandes des clients, de fournir des informations tarifaires et/ou techniques, et de trouver des solutions aux problèmes des clients de manière efficace.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:
- Répondre aux appels de manière rapide et professionnelle, écouter attentivement les clients, comprendre et satisfaire leurs besoins;
- Répondre aux demandes des clients dans un délai raisonnable;
- Négocier occasionnellement des prix et conditions spéciaux avec les clients et/ou fournisseurs selon les critères établis par son Responsable;
- Prendre les mesures nécessaires pour résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle rapidement et assurer un suivi pour vérifier que les engagements sont respectés;
- Suggérer proactivement des produits associés et/ou alternatifs selon les besoins;
- Promouvoir les produits phares pour générer des ventes supplémentaires; Informer rapidement la personne appropriée (Responsable du Centre d'Affaires, Représentant Commercial Externe) des retours des clients concernant les prix, les produits, le service, etc.;
- Maintenir à jour ses connaissances techniques sur les différentes gammes de produits et élargir ses connaissances des systèmes.
EXIGENCES:
- Bonnes compétences en communication en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral;
- Compétences interpersonnelles démontrées;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation;
- Connaissance des produits;
- Doit être axé sur le service à la clientèle;
- Bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
