Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at ST-ONGE FORD INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracing and locating debtors, notifying them of overdue accounts and payments, and storing, updating, and retrieving financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trace and Locate Debtors: Utilize various resources to identify and locate individuals or businesses with outstanding financial obligations.
  • Notify Debtors: Communicate with debtors to inform them of overdue accounts and payments, ensuring timely resolution of financial matters.
  • Financial Data Management: Accurately store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • System Administration: Work with online accounts and systems to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, adhering to company standards.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks to support the team's efforts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, providing valuable insights into financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 20 to 32 hours per week.
