At Hong Leong Bank Berhad, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Banking team. As a Business Banking Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to commercialize new products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- Identify and propose business opportunities and risks for management review.
- Provide training and guidance to branch managers and account relationship managers on Cash Management products.
- Work with the Product Team to drive net-interest income and net-fee income on Cash Management products.
- Assist in deal closure and propose new pricing on products and services.
- Market Cash Management and Wholesale Online Banking products.
- Ensure strategies and plans are executed within approved budget.
- Manage tasks and projects assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Master's or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial banking Cash Management products.
- Relevant experience in banking, preferably in Corporate/Cash Management domain.
