Responsibilities:
  • Ensure comprehensive distribution of authorized SKUs to achieve client and company goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal management and external customers.
  • Execute live orders in retail environments, boost sales through promotional initiatives, and optimize product displays.
  • Uphold shelf standards, oversee product tagging, and eliminate outdated items.
  • Manage and report on store performance, conduct wholesaler outreach, and complete necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Education Level (Required): High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • (Preferred): Bachelor's Degree or up to 2 years of retail experience.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet) and analytical abilities.
Essential Job Details:

The Retail Sales Consultant is accountable for sales activities, customer relations, distribution, merchandising, and territory management. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work autonomously.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not entail direct or indirect supervision of staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education Level (Required): High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

(Preferred): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in retail, client relations, or food brokerage is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Self-motivated with a strong initiative, capable of working independently.
  • Basic computer, organizational, and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Physical Requirements:

This role may involve office, field, or retail store work, including physical activities such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and exposure to cold environments. Travel and driving may be necessary.
