About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Save-On-Foods in the Greater Vancouver area. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans to drive revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory, scheduling, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or equivalent regulatory body.
  • Completed BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program.
  • Completed Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
  • Injection certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience.
