Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Supervisor to join our team at T&T Supermarket Inc. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Manage cash
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Train staff
- Supervise staff
- Report any malfunctions to supervisor
- Produce reports
- Perform cashiering duties
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Provide customer service
- Handle cash transactions
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Direct and control daily operations
- Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
