About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Okanagan Seasons Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
    • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Purchasing and Maintenance
    • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services as needed.
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
    • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
