About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food Counter Attendant at Pizza 24. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
    • Portion and wrap foods for customers
    • Package take-out food for customers
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their inquiries
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate inventory levels
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Team player with excellent communication skills
    • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
