Job Summary:
EllisDon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Coordinator to join our team. As a Field Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to develop and implement project plans, conduct site inspections, and oversee field operations.
- Communicate effectively with Owners, Contract Administrators, Subcontractors, and Engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide on-site support and supervision to subcontractor operations, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate project records, including correspondence, progress reports, and quality control documentation.
- Perform material takeoffs, quantity calculations, and quality control activities to ensure project quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction field operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional results and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Experience working on structural infrastructure projects is a significant asset.
