Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Specialist to join our team of instructors. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-level instruction in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics to our students.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging online courses in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse student populations
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students through online tutoring sessions
  • Collaborate with our academic team to develop and improve our online curriculum
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in online education

Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree from a top 30 university in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • Proven experience in teaching or tutoring high-level Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics courses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in reading and writing Mandarin Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

  • Classroom teaching experience at the high school or university level
  • Experience with high school curriculum design
  • One-on-one tutoring experience with high school or university students
  • Experience with online learning platforms
