Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Exalted Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and maintain heavy equipment, including cranes and other machinery.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures.
  • Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Help medical examiners and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Participate in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Willingness to relocate and work overtime as required.
Work Environment

Our construction sites are located outdoors, and the work environment can be noisy, dusty, and physically demanding.

Language and Work Hours

This is a permanent position, and the work language is English. The work hours are 35 hours per week.
