About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team at S Bachan Construction Ltd. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and residential structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install underground wiring and cables, splice, join and connect wires, and test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits.
  • Customer Service: Provide professionalism in customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep maintenance reports and documentation up to date, ensuring accurate records of work completed.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and plan and coordinate electrical installations.
  • Renovation and Repair: Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures, and troubleshoot and isolate faults.
Work Environment

As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work on a variety of projects, including commercial and residential construction, and will be required to work on the road and in various locations. You will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
