Description de l'emploi

Nous recherchons un assistant au service clientèle dans un bureau postal qui privilégie une approche orientée vers le client lors de l'interaction avec la clientèle au comptoir.

Responsabilités professionnelles

  • Offrir des produits et services postaux aux entreprises et aux particuliers;
  • Trier, distribuer et gérer le courrier de manière efficace;
  • Fournir des informations et des formulaires aux clients;
  • Résoudre rapidement les problèmes liés à la livraison et au service.

Critères d'admissibilité

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent, ou expérience en administration;
  • Expérience ou formation en interaction avec le public dans le secteur de la vente ou du service;
  • Compréhension des systèmes de comptabilité ou des opérations postales;
  • Capacité physique suffisante pour manipuler des conteneurs de courrier et rester debout pendant de longues périodes;
  • Flexibilité pour effectuer des tâches temporaires selon les besoins.
