Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall objectives and drive business growth.
- Lead the Marketing Team: Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Brand Management: Review and manage the branding, positioning, and messaging of all business units, further developing and evolving the brands under the FS Aftermarket organization.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Marketing Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report key marketing performance metrics and provide market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal and external partners on various objectives and projects, providing impactful analytics and insights into previous marketing projects.
- Project Management: Manage project progression, ensuring priorities and timelines are met accordingly.
- Public Relations: Oversee public relations efforts and opportunities, ensuring all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years' experience in marketing, 5+ years' experience in a leadership role managing multiple business units or brands, and 5+ years' experience creating various forms of marketing.
- Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, creative thinking, leadership skills, expertise in managing multiple marketing projects, proficiency in digital marketing techniques, and ability to deliver compelling presentations.
