Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our services at 416 So-Clean. As a key member of our management team, you will be instrumental in directing the administration and operational aspects of our dedicated cleaning technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of cleaning professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation, compliance with service standards, and timely project execution.
  • Quality Control: Enhance service quality through the implementation of best practices, regular evaluations, and responsiveness to client feedback.
  • Hands-On Management: Engage in hands-on duct cleaning activities 2 to 4 days a week, serving as a lead technician while receiving training in duct cleaning techniques.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and documentation to ensure efficient operational flow.
  • Training and Development: Assess training requirements for technicians, organize training programs, and promote continuous improvement to elevate team capabilities.
  • Client Relations: Work closely with management to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ontario full G Driver License.
