Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Caremax Cleaning Services.
Job SummaryThe Cleaning Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that our sites and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our sites and facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we stay within budget.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including payroll, expenses, and revenue.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning team, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning team, ensuring that we meet our service commitments.
- 3-4 Years of Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our cleaning team, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Physical Demands: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending.
