The Site Financial and Contract Coordinator is essential to the Site Selection and Contracting team, working in close partnership with project teams and legal departments to oversee financial plans and agreements with investigator sites.
Key Qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Contracts and Financial Plans
- Secures site financial plans approved by the Sponsor
- Develops contract timelines in conjunction with Project Managers
- Distributes contracts and financial plans to sites for evaluation
Negotiation
- Oversees financial and contract negotiations to ensure adherence to regulations
- Monitors progress and timelines utilizing tracking systems
- Communicates updates and finalizes agreements
Follow-up
- Handles contract modifications and financial reconciliations
- Maintains professional relationships with sites and project teams
- Engages in necessary meetings

IDEAL PROFILE
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

- Solid understanding of clinical practices and regulations

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
