Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally engage with customers on-site to gather work orders and specific service requirements.
  • Clearly communicate service details to customers and recommend additional maintenance services as needed.
  • Safely install, service, and repair off-road tires, providing mobile service on-site and after hours.
  • Capable of handling all tire types sold and serviced, including Large Off-Road, Small Off-Road, agricultural, truck, industrial, and passenger tires.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately to facilitate efficient billing processes.
  • Maintain service vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition at all times.
  • Efficiently manage the Receiving/Shipping of all off-road tire inventories.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Basic understanding of agricultural machinery
  • Fundamental mechanical knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with commercial tires
  • Possession of a Commercial Wheel Installer's Certificate
