Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Analyst to join our team at KUBRA Data Transfer Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Research and troubleshoot complex technical issues involving application integration points, data integrity, and connectivity failures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining business processes and technical components
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our enterprise software solutions, including servers, networks, and data integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service, software/IT support, or as a skilled user of enterprise software
  • Demonstrated experience with and aptitude for troubleshooting technical problems
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on enterprise software solutions and solution architecture
  • Ability to create and edit HTML and embedded CSS, particularly for use in emails
  • Experience with reporting from enterprise applications and data, as well as cloud/virtualized environments and relational databases
