Join Our Team as a Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Guidewire Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native software solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cloud-native software solutions using a 12-factor app methodology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Ensure the scalability, availability, and security of our software solutions
  • Work with our team to develop and maintain our cloud infrastructure
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our software development processes

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native software development principles and practices
  • Experience with Linux debugging and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Golang, NodeJS, or Python
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools, such as Terraform and Ansible
