Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team at Broda Construction. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on HSE procedures and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations staff to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• NCSO designation with associated certificates.
• OHC Level II.
• Traffic Accommodation Supervisor (TAS) certification.
• Standard First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Work Environment:
• Shift work, including evenings and weekends.
