Job Summary

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, helping them find the right devices, technologies, and plans to meet their connectivity needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and sales support to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Help customers find the right devices, technologies, and plans to meet their needs, and provide demonstrations and explanations of our products and services.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions and sales transactions simultaneously.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, and participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions and sales transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
