About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers in our retail stores
  • Assist customers in finding the right devices, technologies, and plans to meet their connectivity needs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible schedule
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the team
