About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing their complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated and stored properly.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage events, such as promotions and marketing campaigns, to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
