Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at The Filipino Noodle Joint Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food service counter and surrounding areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
