Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the food service area.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are friendly, courteous, and respectful.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Housekeeping
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced food service environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, multitask, and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
