Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a variety of doughs, creams, fillings, cakes, desserts, chocolates, and more in accordance with Première Moisson's established recipes and techniques
- Create different types of dough, including flaky, leavened, and layered varieties
- Execute the baking, assembly, and decoration of cakes and desserts
- Manage the rotation of raw material inventory
- Comply with quality, hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety standards set by Première Moisson
Qualifications:
- Minimum vocational diploma in pastry making
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role - Essential
- Proficient in pastry making techniques
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to product quality, results, and teamwork
- Ability to execute tasks swiftly
- Strong organizational capabilities
