Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft a variety of doughs, creams, fillings, cakes, desserts, chocolates, and more in accordance with Première Moisson's established recipes and techniques
  • Create different types of dough, including flaky, leavened, and layered varieties
  • Execute the baking, assembly, and decoration of cakes and desserts
  • Manage the rotation of raw material inventory
  • Comply with quality, hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety standards set by Première Moisson

Qualifications:

  • Minimum vocational diploma in pastry making
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role - Essential
  • Proficient in pastry making techniques
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to product quality, results, and teamwork
  • Ability to execute tasks swiftly
  • Strong organizational capabilities
