Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Body Repair Technician to join our team at Port Moody Collision. As a Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and replace body panels, doors, and frames
  • Apply primers and paint to restore original finish
  • Use metal cutting and welding equipment to repair damaged areas
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment
  • Operate soldering equipment to fill holes and seams
  • Repair or replace interior components, including windows, windshields, and sunroofs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the automotive body repair industry
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding
  • Attention to detail
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
Work Environment

Our shop is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You will be required to work in a dusty and noisy environment with exposure to odors.
