Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Wood Kitchen Cabinets (2009) Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
