About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at 7 Wonders Homes & Construction Inc. as a Construction Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on construction equipment and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, such as mixers and pumps.
  • Site Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by directing traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
