About the Role:
Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team in the hospitality and food service industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with expert advice and solutions to meet their cleaning and sanitizing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in assigned territory
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and provide recommendations for cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Ecolab remains a leader in the market
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience in the hospitality or food service industry
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to travel to the US for training and meetings
- Proof of Covid vaccination may be required based on client site requirements
