Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Acuity Immigration Services Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members
  • Supervise and coordinate sales team activities, including scheduling and reviewing work
  • Assess potential client markets and develop strategies to increase sales
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
