Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Vermilion Car&Truck Wash/Fas Gas. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products to meet sales targets.
- Prepare Reports: Accurately compile and analyze sales data, merchandising, and personnel reports to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Effectively manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and adhere to company policies.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Work Under Pressure: Manage stress and pressure while maintaining a high level of performance and customer service.
- Handling Heavy Loads: Physically handle heavy loads, including merchandise and equipment, as required.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Perform a variety of tasks that require sitting, standing, and walking, including extended periods of standing.

- Are You Available for Shift or On-Call Work?: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
- Are You Currently Legally Able to Work in Canada?: Ensure you have the necessary documentation to work in Canada, including a valid work permit.
