We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Yan Family. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and social support to our clients
  • Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
  • Perform other duties as required to support our clients' needs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
