Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Ramesh Sarma. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to our clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
