We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual with a strategic approach to join us as a Senior Financial Advisor at our Crossing branch in Regina. In this role, you will diligently cultivate strong and trustworthy relationships with our members. Through ongoing dialogue and support, you will offer personalized insights and options, empowering them to make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with our members daily to assist them in establishing goals and making informed choices that enhance their financial well-being.
  • Developing strong relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner by proactively identifying and addressing member needs through meaningful discussions.
  • Offering solutions and alternatives, including accounts and complex consumer investment and lending products and services (consumer loans, mortgages, terms, registered products, mutual funds) to fulfill the evolving needs of our members.
  • Continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to consistently perform with confidence.

Required Experience

  • 12 to 24 months of experience in the financial industry in an advisory capacity.
  • Background in customer care or customer service roles.
  • Experience in portfolio management.
  • IFIC Licensed with experience in selling Mutual Funds is essential.
  • Required experience in underwriting loans; experience in approving loans is a plus.
  • Personal Financial Services Associate designation or actively pursuing it.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $65,370 - $81,710, with a 10% Short-Term Incentive Target.
