Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Assistant Manager to join our team at Pearle Vision in Coquitlam, BC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, fostering a positive and productive retail-selling environment, and ensuring excellent customer service and associate satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and increase customer transactions.
  • Manage payroll costs effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop retail staff to ensure they possess excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Oversee sales floor operations and ensure that visual merchandising and store appearance meet company standards.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to drive business growth and implement retail-selling initiatives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proper licensure and a proven track record of sales growth.
  • Experience in retail or customer service, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to facilitate, train, and coach staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and implement solutions to drive business growth.
