Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to provide excellent service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to ensure that we have sufficient resources.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on our food service operations to management.
Supervision:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members.
