Our operations include various food and pharmacy outlets, liquor stores, and other facilities that cater to the diverse needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding service to customers at the deli counter by addressing inquiries, making suggestions, offering samples, and fulfilling requests.
- Cutting, weighing, packaging, and pricing a variety of meats and cheeses.
- Preparing customized orders and party platters.
- Refreshing displays and customer-facing areas to highlight new products and promotions.
- Maintaining cleanliness in work areas by sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and floors, and ensuring tools are in proper working condition.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols set by the organization and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Executing opening and closing tasks efficiently.
- Embodying the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence in daily operations.
- Performing additional duties as required.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess a strong interest in Retail Store Operations and will have:
- Experience in a deli environment or food preparation.
- Demonstrated customer service or retail experience.
- The capability to lift heavy items, ranging from 25 to 50 lbs., and operate equipment such as slicers, scales, and cash registers.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and mathematical skills.
- The ability to understand and comply with all company policies regarding food handling and sanitation.
- A friendly and efficient demeanor when addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- A commitment to maintaining a SAFE working environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and evenings, seven days a week.
- Flexibility to occasionally work at different locations as needed.
