Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Krystal Vision Optical Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members, maximizing productivity and sales performance.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet the needs of the store and customers.
  • Authorize Returns: Make informed decisions regarding merchandise returns, ensuring customer satisfaction and store profitability.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing labor costs.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting and selling optical products and services to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
