- Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Resource Estimation: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Order Preparation: Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Delivery Oversight: Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
This position is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with extended periods of standing required.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in food service.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: Full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
