About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loans Advisor to join our team at Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. as a key member of our financial services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve or reject loan applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection, ensuring that all financial regulations are met.
  • Assist clients by proposing solutions to address their financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Interview loan applicants, assessing their financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans.
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, providing access to automated banking services, telephone banking, and online banking services.
  • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts, taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans, making informed decisions.
  • Review and update credit and loan files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
  • Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers.
