Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Baba\u0027s Hospitality Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food and service meet our high expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure seamless execution of food service operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move objects as required.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move objects as required.
