Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Junction- Indian Street food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
